What comes next?

That’s a difficult question that every family suffering the preventable death of their loved one faces every day. It’s essential to file your wrongful death lawsuit within your state’s specified time limit. If you attempt to file outside the statute of limitations, the court will not allow your case to proceed.

It is critical to hire an experienced wrongful death attorney to ensure that your case is filed within the statutorily designated time limit. Our attorneys are familiar with Louisiana’s laws and statute of limitations to ensure that your wrongful death lawsuit is filed correctly and on time.

And the laws surrounding them are complex, and even a tragedy is just a black mark on their bottom line as an insurance company. Our attorneys listen to your story and understand all the ways the death has impacted your family. We put the full strength of our experience and expertise to work on your behalf.

The death of a loved one is a tragedy that takes a significant psychological and emotional toll on surviving family members.
